YYZ PARTY RENTALS – TERMS & CONDITIONS & LIABILITY WAIVER (FULL AGREEMENT)

1.📜 TERMS & CONDITIONS

2. BOOKING CONFIRMATION

* All bookings are only confirmed once payment or deposit is received.
* YYZ Party Rentals reserves the right to cancel any booking that is unpaid or incomplete.
* Booking details (date, time, equipment) must be reviewed by the customer before confirmation.

3. PAYMENT TERMS

* Full payment is required before or upon delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
* Late payments may result in cancellation or additional fees.
* All prices are subject to change without prior notice until booking is confirmed.

4. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

* Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the event may be eligible for rescheduling or partial refund.
* Cancellations within 48 hours may not be refundable.
* No refunds will be issued once equipment has been delivered or set up.
* Weather-related cancellations will be rescheduled based on availability only.
* All Cancellations are eligible for future credits.

5. DELIVERY, SETUP & ACCESS

* Customer must ensure clear, safe, and accessible space for setup.
* YYZ Party Rentals is not responsible for delays caused by blocked access, incorrect addresses, or unsafe conditions.
* Customer must measure space before booking.

6. WEATHER POLICY

For safety reasons, inflatable equipment MUST NOT be used in:

* Winds exceeding safe operating limits
* Heavy rain or storms
* Thunderstorms or lightning

YYZ Party Rentals reserves the right to:

* Deflate equipment
* Delay setup
* Cancel service if weather is unsafe

7. USE OF EQUIPMENT RULES

Customer agrees:

* No shoes, food, drinks, or sharp objects on inflatables
* No rough play, flips, wrestling, or unsafe behavior
* Maximum capacity and weight limits must be followed
* Equipment must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times
* Equipment must not be moved or modified

8. DAMAGE, LOSS & CLEANING

* Customer is fully responsible for equipment during rental period
* Charges apply for damage, excessive dirt, stains, tears, or missing items
* Repair or replacement costs will be charged if negligence occurs
* Theft or vandalism is customer responsibility

9. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Customer understand that inflatable and party rental equipment carries inherent risks including but not limited to:

* Injury from falls or collisions
* Equipment malfunction or misuse
* Weather-related hazards
* Slips, trips, or unsafe behavior

Customer voluntarily assume all risks associated with use of equipment provided by YYZ Party Rentals.

10. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

Customer hereby release, waive, and discharge YYZ Party Rentals, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, damages, injuries, or losses arising from the use of rented equipment.

This includes personal injury, property damage, or death, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. INDEMNIFICATION

Customer agree to indemnify and hold harmless YYZ Party Rentals against any claims, lawsuits, damages, or legal costs resulting from use or misuse of the rental equipment.

12. SUPERVISION REQUIREMENT

Customer agree that:

* A responsible adult will supervise all users at all times
* Safety rules will be enforced
* Equipment will be used only for intended purposes
* Unsafe behavior will not be allowed

13. PHOTO & MEDIA CONSENT 

• Customer allow YYZ Party Rentals to use photos/videos for marketing

14. LEGAL AGREEMENT

 Customer confirm that:

* I am 18 years or older
* I have read and fully understand this entire agreement
* I accept all risks voluntarily
* I agree to all Terms & Conditions and Liability Waiver
