Reservation Policy

* Reservations are confirmed only after payment or deposit is received.
* Equipment is rented on a first-come, first-served basis.
* Customers are encouraged to book early to secure their preferred rental items and dates.

Payment Policy

* Full payment is due before or upon delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
* We accept cash, e-transfer, and major credit cards.
* Prices are subject to applicable taxes.

Cancellation Policy

* Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event date will receive a full refund of any deposit paid.
* Cancellations made within 7 days of the event may result in a partial or non-refundable deposit.
* Weather-related cancellations for outdoor rentals may be rescheduled based on availability.

Delivery & Pickup Policy

* Delivery fees may apply depending on location.
* Customers must ensure clear and safe access to the setup area.
* Someone 18 years or older must be present during delivery and pickup.
* Pickup times are scheduled in advance and must be respected.

Equipment Responsibility

* Customers are responsible for all rented equipment from delivery until pickup.
* Equipment must be returned in the same condition as received, excluding normal wear and tear.
* Customers may be charged for damaged, lost, or stolen items.

Inflatable Safety Policy

* Adult supervision is required at all times while inflatables are in use.
* Shoes, sharp objects, food, drinks, and pets are not permitted inside inflatables.
* Inflatables must not be operated during severe weather, high winds, thunderstorms, or unsafe conditions.
* Weight and occupancy limits must be followed at all times.

Tent Rental Policy

* Underground utility lines, sprinklers, septic systems, and irrigation systems must be identified before installation.
* Customers are responsible for obtaining any required permits.
* Additional fees may apply for difficult setup locations.

Concession Equipment Policy

* Snow cone, popcorn, and cotton candy machines must be operated according to provided instructions.
* Equipment must be cleaned of excess food products before pickup.
* Damage caused by misuse may result in additional charges.

Liability Waiver

* YYZ Party Rentals is not responsible for injuries resulting from improper use of rental equipment.
* Customers assume responsibility for the safe use and supervision of all rented equipment.
* By accepting delivery, customers agree to all rental terms and conditions.
